  • That's awesome that you do that at the gym one as well! I kinda discovered that on my own, and when I wrote it done I was like, I wonder if anyone does this when they are at the gym too, maybe people will read this and be like wtf? But then I thought, hey it helps me so it must be valid.

    Did you discover it on your own too? Or did you read it somewhere else before?
  • Anything I do listening to music I tend to do in rhythm. Walk, change gears, clean. Everything. If there is music I tend to follow it. I've always been that way.

    Stangely enough, other friends of mine that are musicians do exactly the same thing.
